Abstract
A stationary process subjected to a Linear Periodically Time-Varying (LPTV) transformation becomes cyclostationary. In this article, we use a particular continuous-series representation of this output process to compute its spectrum and verify its cyclostationarity. We then prove that Periodic Clock Changes (PCC) are a particular case of the LPTV transformation. A method of linear reconstruction for any LPTV filtering is then introduced. We apply it to scramble stationary processes. It corresponds to an unconventional case of spread spectrum.
