Abstract
In this paper we present a service model which has been developed and used within the RACE II project DESSERT (R2021). The model is used for Service Provisioning and especially in the process of mapping the customers requirements onto the properties of the services which a service provider can provide from it's service portfolio. The service model has to describe the properties of these services from a customer's perspective.
