KNOSPE – Ein unterstützendes Planungssystem für die integrierte Montagesystemplanung

Zusammenfassung.

Die Integration von Aktionsplanung und Konfigurierung wird hier anhand eines Planungsszenarios aus der Montage betrachtet. Die Konfigurierungsaufgabe besteht in der Auswahl der Aufbaukomponenten der Montageanlage sowie Bestimmung der Verknüpfungen dieser Komponenten untereinander. Die Festlegung der Reihenfolge, in der die einzelnen Montagevorgänge durchgeführt werden müssen stellt die Aktionsplanungsaufgabe dar. Diese beiden Aufgaben besitzen starke gegenseitige Abhängigkeiten. Das übergeordnete Ziel besteht in der Verbindung von Aktionsplanung und Konfigurierung zu einem integrierten Planungsprozeß. Ein derartig integriertes Planungssystem eröffnet die Möglichkeit der systematischen Behandlung dieser Abhängigkeiten und führt zu einer höheren Qualität des Planungsergebnisses.

Abstract.

The subject of our paper is the integration of action planning and configuration in the area of planning flexible assembly systems. The configuration task here is concerned with determining the components of the assembly system together with their interrelations. Constructing the course of actions to be performed by the assembly system makes up the action planning task. These two tasks are highly connected by various forms of interrelations. Our principal goal is combining action planning and configuration methods in a knowledge-based integrated planning system. Such an integrated system offers the ability of systematically treating these interrelations, thereby achieving a higher quality of the overall planning result.
