Abstract

There is presented a mathematical background under the name pseudo-analysis for treating problems with uncertainty, nonlinearity and optimization in soft computing. There are given some significant examples of applications in fuzzy logics, fuzzy sets, optimization, decision theory, fuzzy neural networks, parallel processing and control theory by Hamilton–Jacobi equations.
