Zusammenfassung

Der Zugang zu Mobilitätsdaten für neue nutzerorientierte Mobilitätsservices steht im Zentrum der Digitalisierung des Verkehrssystems. Kommt hier der Markt allein zu vernetzten, leistbaren und umweltfreundlichen Mobilitätsangeboten? Welche Aufgaben kommen der öffentlichen Hand zu? Der Aufbau digitaler Basisinfrastrukturen, das „Synchronisieren“ der digitalen Services mit realen Infrastrukturen setzt öffentlich-private Partnerschaften voraus.

Abstract

Access to mobility data for new user-oriented mobility services is central for the digitization of the transport system. Will the market be the best enabler for networked, affordable and environmentally friendly mobility services? What will be the key role of public authorities? Developing basic digital infrastructure and synchronizing digital services with real infrastructure requires public-private partnerships.
