Abstract
Information system has certain influence of information system absorption on troop logistics organization performance and it is an important aspect of information system absorption that what management activity has realized absorption and integration in information system and organization. Therefore, this paper is to analyze performance of troop logistics organization information system absorption on different-level management activities by different level dimensions. Analyzed from the prospective of management, management activities of organization are mainly divided into three levels—strategic decision-making, organizational operation and individual behavior. According to the three levels, troop logistics organization information system absorption is defined as strategic consistency, process consistency, members of the absorption. It is pointed out by scholars that organization information system strategy shall conform to organization strategy, which is precondition for organization to obtain information system investment revenue and difficulty concerned by the public. It is obvious that strategy conformance has not only reflected importance degree of information system within enterprise, but also is one of the important indexes to embody information system absorption degree. Process conformance is the most basic target of troop logistics organization on information system absorption and is also important means to improve troop logistics organization performance by applying information system. Absorption of troop logistics organization member on information system belongs to individual absorption research field of information technology and there are many domestic and foreign researches and verifications.
