In second paragraph of Section 6.2, the expression was incorrectly published as P{(#psUp > 1) and (#pmUp > 1) and (#pnUp > 1) and (#pcUP > 1)} but it should have been P{(#psUp > 0) and (#pmUp > 0) and (#pnUp > 0) and (#pcUP > 0)}.

In Section 7.2.1, the value of 95% confidence interval was incorrectly published as [0.99329, 0.99493]. But it should have been [0.993*1*9, 0.994*8*3].

In Table 8, the effect value for PsensorpnUp under Response time column was incorrectly published as 0.000026 but it should have been published as 0.000002.
