Abstract

Ein international erfolgreiches Schema für Cybersicherheits-Zertifizierungen bedarf akzeptierter und implementierter Sicherheitsstandards. Dieser Artikel erörtert kritisch die komplexen Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Vollständigkeit, Dynamik und Durchsetzung aus europäischer Perspektive und zeigt am Beispiel der eIDAS-Verordnung die Herausforderungen bei der Umsetzung auf.
