Abstract

The simulation method described in this technical paper has been developed within the AiF ZUTECH Project 95 ZN funded by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie. Goal of the project was the development of an interactive analysis of the position dependent behaviour of a machine tool within the whole workspace based on finite element simulation results on a conventional PC or by means of the virtual reality.
