Abstract

Based on Stackelberg game theory model, this paper studies the competition and cooperation strategy for the enterprises’ innovation in the patent technology in closed-loop supply chain given technology uncertainty. According to the results, with the increasing feasibility of innovative technology, the leading enterprises for patent technology will increase the investment, and the manufacturers will reduce the investment. Cooperative innovation not only improves the technological innovation investment level of leading enterprises for patent technology, but also expands the feasibility of innovation technology in these enterprises. As the technology feasibility reaches above the valve function value, the manufacturers provide more supports for the enterprises with patent technology. In the whole closed-loop supply chain, the patent license fee per unit will not affect the profit of the supply chain. At the same time, the innovation profit decreases with the increasing expenditure. Finally, software simulation is adopted to verify the above conclusions and the optimization strategy of patent technology innovation under technology uncertainty is further analyzed.
