Abstract

The physical health of young people is closely related to the rise and fall of social development, but in recent years, the physical health of young people has shown a downward trend, which is worrying. To enhance the physical health of adolescents, this article takes the physical health experiment as the premise, through the use of LOT sensors to detect physical changes during exercise, and uses case investigations and literature survey methods to read and analyze a large number of relevant documents. According to research needs, through the use of examples And the research and summary of the content of the literature. Find out the biological characteristics that affect physical fitness related to exercise. Experimental results prove that the current physical health of young people is not optimistic. Compared with the data in recent years, the overall trend is decreasing. The LOT sensor can monitor the relevant data well during the exercise of adolescents, and the error value will not exceed 5%; we have conducted related research on the gender, weight, vital capacity, speed, etc. of adolescents. The results of the study found that male physique among adolescents The rate of health decline is obviously faster than that of women's physical health, with a difference of about 9.7%. Weight, vital capacity, height, etc. all have an impact on adolescents' exercise ability, which in turn affects their physical health. This shows that if you want to improve the physical health of adolescents, you can use the LOT sensor to master the characteristics of adolescents’ sports in detail and improve the physical health of adolescents.
