Zusammenfassung

In der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) und Robotik werden verschiedenste Raumrepräsentationen genutzt, um mit der Umwelt zu interagieren, Pläne zu erstellen oder Verhaltensentscheidungen zu treffen. Traditionelle Ansätze kodieren dabei Räume eher abstrakt und allozentrisch. Im Gegensatz dazu suggerieren neurowissenschaftliche und kognitionspsychologische Studien, dass das Gehirn Räume viel verhaltensorientierter und egozentrischer repräsentiert.
