Zusammenfassung
Angesichts des zunehmenden Qualitäts- und Kostendrucks, werden Technologien zum Entwurf und zur Ausführung standardisierter Behandlungsprozesse als ,,klinische Pfade“ für Krankenhäuser immer relevanter. Im Gegensatz zu stark strukturierten Prozessen in der produzierenden Industrie, müssen Kliniken jedoch in der Lage sein, ihre Pfade schnell und flexibel an den Bedürfnissen ihrer Patientinnen und Patienten auszurichten. Mit Guarded Process Spaces (GPS) haben wir daher ein formales Konzept entwickelt, um Endanwendern im Krankenhaus selbst die Möglichkeit zu geben, ausführbare Behandlungsprozesse für ihre Patienten zu erstellen und dynamisch zu verändern. Unser Ansatz macht dabei Gebrauch von existierenden Prozesstechnologien, ohne sich auf ein bestimmtes System und bestimmte Benutzerschnittstellen festzulegen.
