Geschäftsprozeß-Management als Grundlage der Software-Entwicklung

Zusammenfassung.

In diesem Artikel wird ein Ansatz zur Entwicklung von Software, die auf die Unterstützung interpersoneller Geschäftsprozesse abzielt, vorgestellt. Dieser Ansatz basiert auf der Modellierung der zu unterstützenden Geschäftsprozesse, auf der Analyse von Geschäftsprozeßmodellen und auf der Durchführung realer Geschäftsprozesse auf Basis dieser Modelle. Der FUNSOFT-Netz-Ansatz wird als Realisierung des genannten Vorgehens vorgestellt. Seine Anwendung wird mit Hilfe eines Beispiels aus dem Bereich der Bau- und Wohnungswirtschaft erörtert.

Abstract.

This article presents an approach to develop software supporting interpersonal business processes. This approach is based on graphical modelling of business processes, on analysis of business process models and, finally, on process enactment. During runtime of business processes it is ensured, that definitions given in the underlying business process model are respected. An implementation of this approach based on the process modeling language of FUNSOFT nets is discussed and illustrated by means of an example from the area of housing construction and administration.
