Abstract

This paper proposes and introduces a novel concept WISDOM, representing Wireless Innovative System for Dynamically Operating Mega Communications. The objective of this concept is to let the people seamlessly bridge the virtual and physical worlds by offering the same level of all senses, rich communication experience over fixed and wireless networks. Responding to the needs of connected society of 2020 and beyond, WISDOM shall offer ubiquitous terabit wireless connectivity that will enable human centric mega communications applications over the dynamic, interoperable and secure network of the future. The relation between fifth generation and WISDOM is presented in this paper.
