Construction Research of Informatization Evaluation Model of Local Government

Abstract

Governmental informatization evaluation research is an important tool to improve governmental informatization construction. Set 43 information systems completed by certain local government in recent 5 years as an example, evaluation analysis on informatization performance of local government with AHP-TOPSIS method through construction of evaluation index system; research results indicate evaluation result of information system of different departments in local government is very close and overall completion of all projects and financial indexes are good. But there is certain gap in aspects such as project implementation organization, operation and maintenance level of the system, improvement of governmental functions and social service abilities, etc., thus it affects project performance to a certain degree.
