Conclusion

This letter presents an improved MADM network selection algorithm based on comprehensive utility function for HVN. Compared with several other MADM based algorithms, the proposed one has fewer handovers, shorter handover delays, which alleviates the network load effectively. These make it is more suitable for HVN.
