Abstract

The extension of UML that was suggested earlier by the authors of this paper and designed for describing user interfaces of web applications makes it possible to use means of one type for the design and development of all application components at all levels. In this paper, the central part of this UML extension—the navigation diagrams used for the specification of visible system behavior—is described in detail.
