Abstract

In the rapid development of today's information age, a large amount of data has been transmitted in a computer network.A heavy burden of transmission will be brought out when not to compress the information. The paper introduces a randomizing incremental building algorithm for compressed quadtree, describes its implementation steps, and analyzes its validity and running time.
