Abstract
This article describes the multi-purpose UV-C monophotonic sensor “Corona,” having in-built video camera. The device instantly maps UV data on a video stream. In comparison with the prototype and devices of the same class, “Corona” provides wider (up to 100 times) dynamic range, has more than ten times better UV angle resolution, and have noticeably greater SNR.
