Abstract

Consideration was given to the problem of development control in the interestmotivated systems. Carried out was structural analysis underlying the control methodology with the structure of Markov process of collective decisions. Formulated were the principles and axiomatics of the collective decisions, conditions for compromise solvability, problem formulations, and conditions for stability of the controlled development process.
