Abstract

Consideration was given to using theoretical constructs of the decision making theory for analysis of the outlooks for development of the state-business partnership in the large Russian industry and infrastructure. The possibilities of formal description of the conceptual situation of the economic state-business partnership corresponding to the legal foundations the statebusiness were examined. Attention was mostly paid to the mechanisms for coordinations of the interests of state and business.
