Abstract
Methods are considered of construction of a combinational adder of decimal digits encoded by the Johnson-Mobius code. An algorithmic method of decimal adder synthesis is proposed. An implementation of such an adder using quantum-dot cellular automata is described. The successful computer simulation of an adder is executed. An evaluation is given of the construction and time parameters in comparison with a traditional binary-decimal four-bit adder.
