Abstract
The modified gravity model is investigated, this is a nonlinear regression model for passenger correspondences estimating for pairs of objects (points). Unknown parameters of the model and correspondences are estimated using information about total departures from each object only, these are random variables. The model and method of its estimation are stated in [1]. In the present paper the statistical properties of parameter estimates of the model are investigated. For that the principles of simulation modeling are used. The hypothesis about correctness of the suggested probabilistic model, unbiasedness and consistency of the estimates are tested.
