The aim of the paper is to suggest a system that should be able to determine relevant topics and corresponding resources that the user should study. The purpose of the system is to help novice users to target their attention in their learning effort. The system should imitate the role of a tutor who guides the students through a certain domain and recommends topics to be learnt in order to fulfill a given task. The proposed approach is consists of ontological modeling and rule based reasoning.
