High performance silicon MEMS for niche market applications

Published: 28 August 2006 Publication History

Abstract

Three major business areas constitute the bulk of the Company's activities: inertial sensors, MEMS for optical & non-optical applications, foundry services. Continuous improvement of device performance linked to novel developments open the way to new niche MEMS markets. Devices responding to harsh environment requirements is a serious consideration when designing new products. Main features of selected devices are discussed and market prospects are presented.
