ABSTRACT
Night scenes filmed on indoor stage sets, and in day or evening light, all have one thing in common-the absence of a starry sky. Even shots filmed at night, under perfect conditions, fail to capture stars. Since the focus is on local subjects which need adequate lighting to be captured, the sky is too under exposed to capture stars.

Counterfactual Decomposition of Movie Star Effects with Star Selection
We investigate the effects of a movie star on the movie's opening week theater allocations and box office revenue. Because the pairing of a star and a movie involves a bilateral matching process between the studio and the star, the star hence the nonstar ...
Opacity light fields: interactive rendering of surface light fields with view-dependent opacity
I3D '03: Proceedings of the 2003 symposium on Interactive 3D graphicsWe present new hardware-accelerated techniques for rendering surface light fields with opacity hulls that allow for interactive visualization of objects that have complex reflectance properties and elaborate geometrical details. The opacity hull is a ...
Error Analysis of Attitude Determination by In-orbit Star sensors
ICECC '12: Proceedings of the 2012 International Conference on Electronics, Communications and ControlIn order to explain Sinusoidal periodicity bias phenomenon of FY-3 Satellite attitude ", " satellite orbit coordinate system attitude error based on a star sensors and influencing factors are analyzed and researched. Its attitude matrix formula is ...
