Multiple integrals on a non-repetitive analog computer

Published:21 May 1963Publication History

ABSTRACT

Multi-variable problems are among the most difficult types of problems for an electronic analog computer to solve, for such a computer is a single-independent-variable machine. Approximations are invariably made and the mathematics used is frequently borrowed from the domain of numerical analysis. The area of multiple integrals is no exception.
