ABSTRACT
Predictions of the motion of celestial bodies can be presented in tabular form. These tables, called ephemerides, list position as a function of time. Positions at any time point within the range of the table can be obtained by interpolation.

Optimal design of broadcast ephemeris parameters for a navigation satellite system
Computation of broadcast ephemerides is a fundamental task in satellite navigation and positioning. The GPS constellation is composed of medium-earth-orbit (MEO) satellites, and therefore can employ a uniform parameter set to produce broadcast ...
Assessment of BDS-3 global positioning service: ephemeris, SPP, PPP, RTK, and new signal
AbstractThe BDS-3 preliminary system was declared functional on December 27, 2018. It enables positioning service on a global scale. This study conducts a comprehensive investigation of the BDS-3 global service from the perspective of positioning, ...
Design and validation of broadcast ephemeris for low Earth orbit satellites
Low Earth orbit (LEO) constellations have potentialities to augment global navigation satellite systems for better service performance. The prerequisite is to provide the broadcast ephemerides that meet the accuracy requirement for navigation and ...
