Abstract

Large arrays of read only storage (ROS, ROM) are currently available from semiconductor vendors; however, there is a lack of material describing potential uses of these blocks of memory. This is due in part to the haste with which the semiconductor manufacturers place these devices on the market and in part to the fact that engineers have not yet realized the full potential presented by these devices for use as logic.
