Abstract
SIGWEB has had an active and successful year since my last report to you in 2008. Our conferences and membership are growing. Our finances are sound. We are developing new programs including a system of student travel awards. I'll be reporting on these changes at SIGWEB Town Meetings at the upcoming JCDL, Hypertext, and DocEng conferences.
