Published: 24 October 2008 Publication History

Abstract

Computational linguistics is an emerging cross-discipline, which relates to computer science, linguistics, mathematics, psychology and so on. In the short development stage it has become a very important discipline for information age, and has had wide application prospect. In this paper we first introduce the computational linguistics development process and the related concepts, and then focus on some methods and summaries of this curriculum in teaching practice, finally propose some thoughts on this curriculum.
