Business Process Management (BPM) is a discipline combining software and human expertise to facilitate business optimization and innovation. It enables businesses to manage changes, sense opportunities and accelerate process improvements. BPM empowers business and IT personnel to more effectively collaborate with streamlined interactions throughout the end-to-end process lifecycle, while encompassing information, systems and people.
