National broadband program of the republic of Bulgaria

ABSTRACT

Broadband can be considered as the access - giving the users the typical on-line experience - to voice, data and video services simultaneously. The i2010 Strategy of the European Union aims at accelerating the dissemination of broadband communications and creation of a uniform open and competitive market. The National Broadband Programme is a document with the aim to define a framework for the elaboration and development of national broadband infrastructure and the PPP models for the projects realization.
