ABSTRACT
Tools for Improved Social Interacting is a series of wearable devices---including the Anti-Day-dreaming Device, Happiness Hat, and Body Contact Training Suit---that use sensors to condition the behavior of the wearer to better adapt to expected social behaviors. The work explores the potential for technology to shape how we think, feel, and act. It also questions our social expectations, attempting to better understand their function and worth.
