ABSTRACT
This paper will be a discussion on making robots more autonomous. This type of research in the past has not only involved space related applications but also motion devices on Earth such as automobiles and aircraft. This work will mainly involve mobile robots but also stationary ones as well.

Design and Simulation of Autonomous Mobile Robots Obstacle Avoidance System
LNCS on Transactions on Edutainment XIII - Volume 10092Autonomous mobile robot is a completely unknown or partially unknown, of its complex environment, which requires the ability to avoid obstacles in order to move safely and avoid the collisions while navigating. To solve this problem, it opted to propose ...
The motion control of a mobile robot using multiobjective decision making
ACM-SE 47: Proceedings of the 47th Annual Southeast Regional ConferenceThis paper discusses the use of fuzzy logic based decision-making of autonomous robots in unstructured environments. We will introduce fuzzy multiobjective decision making within the context of the motion control of mobile robots. This process is ...
A hybrid approach with fuzzy logic in a multi-agent system for controlling autonomous mobile robots in known environments
This paper describes the development of a multi-agent system (MAS), which is supported with fuzzy logic (to control the robot's movements in a reactive path) and vision, which helps the control of an autonomous mobile robot to exit a maze. The research ...
