Software system for e-publishing in medical domain

Published: 16 June 2011 Publication History

Abstract

Interactive educational CD-ROMs are regarded as effective information and training resources that are usually well received by the target audience, as they allow the learners to access a variety of training materials, while maintaining a high level of user interactivity. The paper presents the authoring software system suitable for the creation of interactive, self-directed information resources and learning packages in a CD-ROM format, illustrating its features on the example project in the medical domain.
