ABSTRACT
Nowadays e-learning system becomes the popular way to the lifelong education. By using mobile technology, m-learning system extends the range of e-learning system to enable learners to learn anytime and anywhere. In this paper, we proposed an idea to design an m-learning system named mWebELS system. It is developed based on WebELS system. By applying feature technologies like image-based content, synchronized cursor and Capability Negotiation, mWebELS system can provide qualified content with low response time and less expense through 3G or Wi-Fi. Test on mWebELS system shows the effective and flexibility of the system.
