ABSTRACT
Professors Susan Lakin and David Halbstein developed and implemented a new course at RIT, designed to explore the practical and aesthetic challenges encountered during a collaborative effort between students of photography and students of 3D digital design. Wanting to reach beyond the more traditional kinds of imagery that might result from this kind of collaboration, we explored the possibilities of using augmented reality in one of our projects.
