Abstract

In part two of our interview with Badrul Khan, Ann Taylor and Badrul examine Web-based instruction in relation to Khan's "Framework for e-Learning." They also discuss Badrul's interviews with visionaries leading the way in technology-based education, and he shares advice for those just entering the Web-based instruction realm.
