Increasing compliance with web accessibility regulation by also focusing on the non-technical issues

Published: 27 October 2014 Publication History

Abstract

What if a website owner cannot reliably claim full conformance with the web accessibility specification mentioned in the policy? The answer may lie in also addressing the non-technical issues that stand in the way of fully conforming, since these are the kind of issues for policy makers, managers and supervisors.
