Design and Evaluation of a Simplified Online Banking Interface for People with Cognitive Disabilities

Abstract

This paper is intended to inform readers about the development and evaluation of a simplified online banking interface for people with cognitive disabilities; this includes a description of the development process as well as the evaluation of the interface with users. Moreover, thoughts and experiences that went into the development will be discussed.
