SyncDon II: bio-synchronical communication

Published: 02 November 2015 Publication History

Abstract

"SyncDon II" aims to share emotion to others non-verbally by heartbeat synchronization. When you hold the gift-box, the box vibrates, and intermittent pulse sounds with flashing lights are given to you according to heartbeats acquired from a person in the past. When you are exposed to the stimuli; your heartbeat gradually synchronizes to the rhythm of the stimuli, and your circulation through the body gets similar to the heartbeats of the person. The assimilation of the body condition makes you to have similar emotion that the person felt during the recording. This configuration is entirely unique, especially using the heartbeat synchronization for sharing emotion is which nobody ever tried. We believe that "SyncDon II" will bring us new sensations we have never experienced.
