ABSTRACT
In this paper, the e-governance trends in Russia in the context of new democracy models are described. The brief analysis of new democracy models is given in accordance with IT and Internet technologies influence on traditional participation processes, including legitimate, participatory, deliberative democracy and democratic autonomy. E-Governance and e-Participation tools development in Russia are taken under researchers analysis. The revealed traits of each model are described.
