Interactive Memories: technology-aided reminiscence therapy for people with dementia

Published:29 June 2016Publication History

ABSTRACT

Reminiscence therapy is an important aspect in the care for people with dementia and improves their well-being. So far, only conventional media is used (e.g. photos, photo books). Through user research with people with dementia and their caregivers, we are looking at how technology can support reminiscence therapy through multimedia and multimodal stimuli.
