Central Air-conditioning Control System Based on Fuzzy PID Controller

Published: 14 January 2017 Publication History

Abstract

In this paper, through the study and analysis of the central air-conditioning system, we constructed a central air-conditioning control system with variable frequency which can realize variable water volume and variable air volume thus reaching a good energy saving effect. The Siemens S7-200PLC is used as the core controller, and the STEP-7 MICRO / WIN32V3.1 software is used to compile the PLC program. The configuration interface is set up with the Wincc software. Fuzzy PID control is used to replace the conventional PID control method to satisfy the control demand of the system with non-Linearity, large delay and strong coupling.
