ABSTRACT
The main goal of this project is to provide an overview of human-centred activities. This article deals with the role of the Human Factor Referent during the whole design process. Their actions are quite varied and essential in the human-centred design. In their projects, they'll include the human dimension making sure there is a real usage need for the product. Human centred-design aims to make systems usable and useful by focusing on the users, their needs and requirements.
