Abstract

In this issue of News from the SIGs, we present news from SIGCSE and SIGITE. Amber Settle, Chair of SIGCSE highlights recent awards to SIGCSE members, and encourages members who meet the criteria to seek ACM Advanced Grades of Membership. Steven Zilora, chair of SIGITE, discusses lessons learned from SIGITE 2017 and how the Executive Board is looking to the future.
