ABSTRACT
In this paper the author reviews the results of S-BPM-related research and industrial applications and what aspects would need further investigations. This is a purely personal and subjective view. There is a famous proverb: If you know your history you have a guidance for your future. In this sense I wrote that paper and I hope to inspire some future work.
