ABSTRACT
Learner autonomy has been considered as the ultimate goal of education, and it has become a hot topic in education field since its birth. In Big Data era, the learning pattern is changing dramatically and learning activities can be carried out through an interactive process between learners and the online learning systems. This article first introduces Big Data and learner autonomy, then discusses the reforms big data brings to learner autonomy, finally analyzes the learning mode of learner autonomy in foreign language learning in Big Data era.
